This latest certification establishes AP+M as a member of the elite international aerospace & defense community of manufacturers and distributors, and solidifies their commitment to adhering to the highest and most rigorous standards of quality and continuous improvement.
To achieve AS9100:2016 certification, AP+M utilized their core staff of in-house quality assurance experts to upgrade their ISO 9001:2015 certified system. Their principal operations were assessed against standards applicable to aviation, space and defense industry manufacturers and distributors. This demanding process involved a comprehensive, two-stage audit of AP+M’s facility, personnel and quality management system.
Adding this certification to their ISO 9001:2015 certification allows AP+M to become a more competitive player in the aerospace & defense markets, which constantly face stringent industry requirements and increasing regulatory scrutiny.
